Additional Payroll Pay Rates

The Additional Payroll Pay Rates enhancement is fully integrated with the Sage 100 ERP Payroll module and allows the entry of five additional employee pay rates in Employee Maintenance. These additional pay rates mirror the functionality of the two standard rates available within the Payroll module. The rates can be assigned to earnings codes in Earnings Code Maintenance and then used during Payroll Data Entry.

These rates are maintained in the Additional Wages screen. This screen is accessed by selecting the new Additional Wages button that has been added to the Wages tab of Employee Maintenance. Crystal Reports can be written on the Additional Payrates through ODBC access.
